On October 12th 2021 Monster Crown announced its official release to Steam and through digital download on the Nintendo eshop on Twitter and through a Launch Trailer posted to the game's YouTube channel. It also confirmed that pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch version would open on that day, and would run until it's official launch on October 12th. On the 28th September 2021, an article published on the SODESCO website informed players that the game would be releasing to PS4 and Xbox One on the later date of 2nd November 2021, shortly after its official release on Steam and the Nintendo eshop. This would include a digital and physical release, with the game also becoming newly available on the Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One. On August 5th 2021 it was announced on Monster Crown's Steam and YouTube channel that the game would be officially released on October 12th 2021. Monster Crown was released in Early Access on the 31st July 2020. It was later identified that there was a problem with the default key bindings not being set up properly, causing players to be unable to navigate their character or the menu.
